ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Our ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are designed to determine the deeded boundary of real property and disclose all uncovered or evident title problems that can be observed by our surveyors. We provide a thorough examination of a provided title policy with documented encumbrances, mapping all exceptions on said title policy and listing any possible encroachments found during the course of surveying the property.
Subdivision Surveys
We offer subdivision surveys that comply with all applicable state statutes and local ordinances. Our subdivision plats are subject to the review process of the local municipality, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Staking & Construction Layout
Our staking and construction layout services include staking precise horizontal and/or vertical locations in the field of requested features, such as engineering design elements, baselines, right of way, property lines, easements, clearing limits, etc.
Land & Easement Boundary Surveys
We provide land and easement boundary surveys to document the perimeters, or any portion thereof, of a parcel, tract of land or easement by establishing or re-establishing corners, monuments, and boundary lines.
Mortgage Surveys
Also known as title surveys, our mortgage surveys are often requested by title companies, banks, and mortgage lenders. They verify that no encroachments exist from neighboring properties, confirm compliance with zoning laws and building codes, and ensure easements remain accessible. These surveys provide a detailed view of the property, including notable features like tree locations.
